Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first. To submit a cancellation request, please get in touch with our customer service team by email. If the order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be credited back to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already in Transit
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, after delivery, you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to Orders
At present, we do not provide options to modify ordered items or shipping details once confirmed. To make changes, you will need to cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
