Shipping Locations

We provide delivery services to all pin codes across India. At present, we do not extend shipping services beyond India.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and official holidays). Once the order is prepared, a confirmation email with full details will be shared with you.

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery usually takes around 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your chosen fashion pieces quickly and conveniently.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to complete delivery because of incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or rejection of the parcel, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Customers can request re-dispatch of the order.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your parcel reaches you in a damaged condition, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic proof.
In cases where a package is lost during transit, we will either issue a replacement or process a refund once verification with our courier partner is completed.
